Validiti is the substrate company. Kr0n0z is a licensee. The relationship is intentional and bidirectionally protective: gaming customers should never see enterprise pricing or enterprise UX; enterprise customers should never see gaming pricing or gaming UX. Two front doors, one trusted foundation.
The audience for “personal gaming intelligence” is a fundamentally different audience than the one that buys signed records for a regulated business. Treating them as one customer with two pricing tabs would have produced a Frankenstein. So we didn’t.
Kr0n0z has its own ownership structure, its own brand language (the crimson aesthetic, gaming UX), its own pricing voice (gaming-affordable, bundle-friendly), its own distribution surfaces (Steam, mod platforms, esports orgs, indie communities). The Validiti substrate is a vendor to us — technically Kr0n0z is a Validiti customer with very specific data and very specific tooling on top.
